How do I start using HPC's services?

Simply contacts us using one of the methods on our contact page. A customer account will then be activated, allowing you to take advantage of the fantastic services on offer. In most cases HPC can begin providing support the same day.

What if we're not interested in a contract but would like to demo HPC's services?

HPC's contracts have no minimum length, costly sign up or cancellation fee's, as we're confident you will not be disappointed with our services. If you are interested in trialing our services simply contact us and ask about our "Call out" service, where you only pay for what you use.

What response times do you offer?

Dependant on the type of contract or service you are using times may vary, but in most cases a response is given within 4 business hours of the call being logged. These times can be adjusted depending on severity of the problem(s) and dependency of the unit.
