Using software which suits your site HPC offer a fantastic remote support service. Remote support is not only something that can be administered on the servers but also on the workstations. Many of our customers would agree, this is a very cost effective method of support.
Remote services can also be used to update your server security and antivirus without the need for a site visit. This can be out of hours to ensure minimum interference and downtime.
 

telephone support
If you are confident enough in tackling your own issues then this will be a service that interests you. HPC can provide telephone support for a fix rate per problem.
In the unlikely event that it cant be fixed over the phone a consultant will attend site and you will not be charged for the telephone call.
