This means that any software or hardware related issues are attended to as part of the contract fee you simply pay for any parts used. All consultants are trained in the latest operating systems and applications to ensure you are provided with the best level of support possible.

If in the unlikely event that the problem is unable to be resolved on site, where possible \ appropriate a loan replacement of the unit will be installed for the duration of the fix. This service is popular due to the fact that as like the "Day - by - Day" and "Silver Hardware Cover Contracts" it allows accurate budgeting when forecasting for IT expenditure as there is no charge for mileage or travel time.
