Platinum Cover
The Platinum package offers total peace of mind. The package
covers both hardware and software related problems you may
encounter. Any hardware related issues you may run into are
totally covered, where by the consultant will attend site with no
charge, no mileage charge and no travel time charge. If attempts
to fix the unit is unsuccessful it will replaced with no charge
for something of similar or higher specification.
All in all this package allows you to rest assured that anything
computer related that can go wrong is covered. We find this is a
popular service taken out by the medium sized business, but we do
have a hand full of small clients using this service.
This service makes things simpler when budgeting for your IT
support as all IT services and support is covered under the one
cost. To log calls you simply contact the HPC Helpdesk either by
phone or email, your call will then be logged and an engineer will
attend site.
This service excludes printer servicing and consumables (i.e.
toners and cartridges)
