Pooled Support
Pooled support is a great way to ensure you have support to
hand with out signing up to a long term contract. With the Pooled
Support Hours service you have the ability to purchase monthly
"tokens" of support time. The service is completely flexible
allowing you to purchase between 2 - 160 hours per month. Pooled
Support Hours give you all the same benefits as the "Call out"
service, but as the support is purchased in advance it is priced at
a
discounted rate.
This service benefits from both hardware and software cover
(any parts used will be chargable).
If in the event that you run out of pooled hours, support can be
provided at the standard "Call out" rate. Adding hours to your
"pool" can be done in the middle of the month but will not be
applied until the start of the next month.
6 month Discount:
After you've been a Pooled Support Hours customer for 6 months,
any support hours you have left over at the end of a month, 15%*
will be moved to the next months float.
* - To a maximum of 5 hours.
